I'm a lousy cook but this turned out very good! Very tasty! I used garlic that was already smashed up (in a jar) and pancetta that was already cut up in little pieces (from Trader Joes). I wouldn't make it that often because it uses a lot of dishes and I don't have a dishwasher.
