This took a long time to make (just cooking the beans) but was absolutely outstanding. We served it with the arroz bianco and guacamole and tortillas and were very happy. Was even better the next day.

This was good, quick and easy. I ended up using bottled pesto because the amount I was trying to make (half) wouldn't blend right. My husband put smoked fontina cheese on one of his and it was delicious! From now on I'll just use whatever cheese I have in the house.

This was delicious! Could make a very pretty terrine-style dip as well.
